Very poor customer service

I didn’t receive my order.
The shipping company is very bad. They didn’t even call me in those 14 days. I tracked my order through the link and couldn’t call them because they put fake number to contact.
I tried to get help from your customer service. But i can’t help and they don’t resolve the problem
