Delivery was awful so returned the item

The mats are 5 star no doubt I ordered online the delivery didn’t come on time and later on started calling call after call can we deliver but unfortunately I went in virgin Media to buy the same mats from the same company make and I was very h app I am giving 5 star because the mats are brilliant especially for children even after washing they were as described as I said the only thing which bothered me was delivery
