Late to deliver

They were late for delivery, then they msg me saying the delivery staff can’t reach because your phone is switched off, do u want to cancel the order, . My phone wasn’t off . so I told her yes cancel the order. Because I was traveling to my grand daughters with this nice craft backpack. Later after eid holidays the delivery staff calling deliver the bags , I apologized to accept the order . Then one of your staff is sending me msg on WhatsApp at 4 AM to explain to her why I refused the order
